Last week, TBG Residential broke ground on its 15th LIHTC apartment community located in Mobile, Alabama. The multi-family complex will be located in West Mobile off of Grelot Road between Cody and Hillcrest. The development off of Somerby Drive will feature five, three story apartment buildings, accommodating a total of 112 units reserved for low-income families.

SJ&L has been awarded the site work for our new Somerby Place Apartments. Located outside of southwest Alabama, with over thirty years of experience, we are confident that they will get us where we need to be by mid summer to begin building.

Bob Williams, former Farmington Creek Superintendent, will be relocating down to Mobile to oversee the early stages of this project. This will be Bob’s fifth project with TBG residential.
