Corporate News & Events

TBG is thrilled to announce the funding of Somerby Place in Mobile, Alabama. Sombery place will be located in West Mobile and will serve families with a combination of 1, 2,and 3 bedroom apartment homes.  The 112 unit complex will also have a mixture of amenities, which include a pool with splash pad, a community club house with monthly activities, a state of the art playground and areas for our residents to enjoy a vibrant, safe, and quiet living experience.

Farmington Creek, TBG’s newest 55 and over senior complex, will open late fall of 2015. Mike Brandt, our Vice President of Construction, said, “Farmington Creek was designed for all apartment homes to have walk in/out entrances, which eliminates any need for steps and or elevators.  Not only have we designed this complex for convenience, its location is less than .5 miles from Highway 400 and Dawsonville’s Outlet Mall, restaurants, medical facilities and almost any other store imaginable.”

Farmington Creek was also designed to Earth Craft Standards, which translates into energy efficient apartment homes and low monthly energy bills. Along with a club house with monthly events, Farmington Creek offers an exercise facility and many gathering areas for our residents to enjoy and meet their neighbors.

Mercer graduate, Shannon Lavery, is the newest addition to our TBG Family. Shannon spent four years at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia where she graduate with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and management. Numbers pushed aside, Shannon has more to offer than just her accounting skills. As a game day cheerleader for the Bears and the recruitment chair of the Chi-Omega Fraternity, we are thrilled to see Shannon bring new and spirited energy to the company!

We look forward to having Shannon around the office!
