TBG Residential develops, constructs and manages quality affordable housing communities in the Southeast. Our mission is to address the housing needs of families and seniors in under-served markets by creating well designed neighborhoods that are vibrant and sustainable. With over 40 years of experience, we pride ourselves on the long-term outlook we hold for each of our properties, and their positive contribution within the communities they serve.
Mercer graduate, Shannon Lavery, is the newest addition to our TBG Family. Shannon spent four years at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia where she graduate with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and management. Numbers pushed aside, Shannon has more to offer than just her accounting skills. As a game day cheerleader for the Bears and the recruitment chair of the Chi-Omega Fraternity, we are thrilled to see Shannon bring new and spirited energy to the company!
Before starting at TBG, Shannon began her accounting career with CPA firm Mendola & Associates, where she performed audit cost reconciliations of the company’s fixed assets, inventory levels, and depreciation amounts. Following Mendola & Associates she gained further experience with the International Cherry Blossoms Festival as their accounting intern where she reconciled accounts and created spreadsheets for analysis and comparison.
We look forward to having Shannon around the office!
