Farmington Hills Phase II schedule to open Fall 2014. Brad Smith, Senior Vice President, announced that the Georgia Department of Community Affairs selected Farmington Hills – Phase II in their 2012 round. Smith said, “the demand for housing in the Winder area has exceeded expectation and the need for an additional 72 apartment homes will be absorbed quickly. The new phase will have its own playground and and fitness facility. These amenities will be co-shared with the already constructed amenities in the first phase of this family complex. Farmington Hills apartment community is conveniently located on Hwy 316, a major corridor between metro Atlanta and Athens, GA, home of the University of Georgia.
Rochester Hills in Prattville, AL is TBG’s newest family community. Brad Smith, Senior Vice President, announced that the Alabama Housing Finance Authority selected Rochester Hills in their 2014 round. Smith said, “The demand for housing in the Montgomery MSA continues to be strong and the ability to bring additional family housing to the City of Prattville will be welcomed”. This 96 unit family complex will have a clubhouse, pool, computer room with an exercise facility. There will also be an outdoor gazebo and grill area for community and family outings. Rochester Hills apartment community will be conveniently located near the intersection of Cobbs Ford and McQueen Smith roads.
Farmington Woods opened its doors December 2, 2013 and is TBG Residential’s newest apartment home community in Dawsonville, Georgia.
