Farmington Creek, TBG’s newest 55 and over senior complex, will open late fall of 2015. Mike Brandt, our Vice President of Construction, said, “Farmington Creek was designed for all apartment homes to have walk in/out entrances, which eliminates any need for steps and or elevators. Not only have we designed this complex for convenience, its location is less than .5 miles from Highway 400 and Dawsonville’s Outlet Mall, restaurants, medical facilities and almost any other store imaginable.”
